Every week thousands of hunters compete over who photographs more cats. Here's how points are counted and how to reach the top.
One week — one battle
A battle starts on Monday at 00:00 and lasts exactly one week. The scoring is simple: one approved photo = one point. Pending photos earn nothing — only published cats count.
Six leaderboards at once
Your points enter several standings at the same time:
- 🏙️ City — among everyone and among friends;
- 🚩 Country — among everyone and among friends;
- 🌍 World — among everyone and among friends.
An important detail: the city and country are determined by where the photo was taken, not by your profile. Shot cats in two countries in one week? You compete in both. The friends leaderboard unlocks once you have at least 5 friends — a great reason to invite your fellow cat lovers.
Results every Monday
When the week closes, a snapshot of the results is taken: the top 500 of every leaderboard plus your personal row. The app sends a summary: your rank, points and how many cats you were short of the top. Current-week rankings update live — you can watch the chase during the battle.
How to win
- Shoot regularly: the pause between shots is 10 minutes on Free, 3 minutes on Plus, and none on Pro.
- Make sure your photos pass moderation: a cat in the frame, no people.
- Travelling? Reaching the top of a small city's leaderboard is easier.
